The majority of the condo owners at the Legacy and Grand Legacy live away from Branson, if you need repairs, restoration, or carpet cleaning, I submit my personal recommendation for Integrity Restoration located in Branson. On March 4, my wife and I walked into our condo where we found the sewer had backed-up. I immediately contacted a plumbing company (JR's Plumbing) and made three phone calls for a restoration company, leaving messages on two answering machines. When I called Integrity Restoration, Brian, one of the owners, answered the phone. During our conversation, he was very thorough explaining the process for cleaning, preventing, mold, and restoring the carpet. He also provided an estimate on the cost.

Unfortunately, our homeowners policy listed the sewer backup damage as an exclusion not covered by the insurance company (check your policies) — even though the same company provides this coverage on our primary residence where we have the coverage. A date was scheduled to review the damage and to begin the restoration.

On this date, Josh, the second owner of Integrity, arrived at our condo. I can say without any reservation, he was articulate in explaining what needed to be completed and his work ethic was exceptional. Even though it was a stressful situation, the commitment to doing the job the right way was second to none. In conclusion, if cleaning or repairs are needed, I would check their website and then, telephone to discuss your job. I highly recommend Integrity to all of the condo owners.
